The program is open only to people who have bought at least one of Ana Brandt's programs, and you can only promote, and earn on, the programs you own. We verify ownership by your purchase email. We can approve, decline or remove any partner at our discretion.
You earn 20% of the amount the customer pays (after discounts, before taxes and processing fees) for a program you own that is listed in your dashboard, including Cut Studio if you own it. Sales of programs you don't own don't earn commission, even through your link. AI credit packs and other add-ons not listed are excluded. For subscriptions, commission is paid on the first payment only. We can change the rate or the program list going forward with notice; changes never apply to sales already recorded.
A sale is yours when the customer buys within 60 days of clicking your link, on the same device and browser, and no other partner's link was clicked after yours. Purchases made by you, under your email or PayPal, or by your household don't earn commission. Our tracking records are final.
Each commission is held for 30 days, then approved. Approved commissions are paid by PayPal once a month when your balance is $25 or more; smaller balances roll over. If a sale is refunded or charged back, its commission is removed, or deducted from a later payout if it was already paid. You need a valid PayPal email in your dashboard to be paid. U.S. partners may need to provide a W-9, and partners outside the U.S. a W-8BEN, before payouts.
Say clearly that you earn a commission whenever you share your link, as the FTC requires (for example: "I earn a commission if you buy through my link"). Don't use spam, misleading claims, fake reviews, coupon or deal sites, or ads that bid on Ana Brandt's names or program names. Don't make income promises or claim to speak for Ana. Breaking these rules can cost you unpaid commissions and your partner account.
You're an independent partner, not an employee or agent. Either side can end this agreement at any time. If we end it for reasons other than a breach of these terms, approved commissions are still paid.
